NCO Group Expands Call Center Outsourcing Facility



Recently, NCO Group has revealed that its St. Joseph call center outsourcing facility will be adding 300 jobs to accommodate the growing business from two Fortune 500 clients.


Based in Pennsylvania, yhe company’s systems and services technologies plant in St. Joseph mostly works on loan servicing for auto, credit card and other types of consumer debt. The expansion of operations in St. Joseph will help NCO better serve its corporate clients.


The company is seeking to fill positions for call center representatives as well as jobs in telephone sales, technical support, accounts receivables management and other program specialist roles. Officials said that most positions are full time and will offer a benefit package.

The hiring of these individuals will allow NCO to positively contribute to the St. Joseph community by creating new jobs.

NCO Group provides call center outsourcing services at more than 100 offices in North America, Latin America, Asia, Europe and Australia.

In related news, TMCnet recently had the news that the company also has recently begun a hiring spree of roughly 400 individuals in its Rockford, Ill. customer management contact center.
